Journal

The Journal

The Journal is an electronic version of a tracking diary. With one touch of a button you can track which of the 35+ menopause symptoms (including hot flash, irritability, decrease in sex drive, sudden mood swing, weight gain and decrease in mental alertness) you are experiencing at that moment. The Journal keeps track of which day the symptoms occured on, and whether they are of mild, strong or severe intensity.

You can also check off the Solutions that you have completed as well as make notes about your day.

Plan

The Plan

When you first start using myPause you will set up what to include in your plan. The Plan is your treatment plan that you can build using our predefined list of Solutions that are associated with each of the Symptoms in the Journal. The Solutions you choose to add determine what will show up in your Journal to be tracked. This way you only see what you are currently trying, not every Solution possible.

Want to try something new? One of your Solutions isn't giving you the results you want? Change what shows up in your Plan anytime!

View Trends

The Trends screen gives you a clear picture of your Symptoms and which ones are becoming more of a problem, and which ones are appeasing. You can also see a better picture of your Solutions. Did you really drink more water last week? Did you stick to your exercise plan?

By comparing this to the completion of your Plan, you can gain a better understanding of what is working and what is not so you can create the plan that works for you.
